Steak is great -no question. Pre-heat that Lodge iron in the oven then jam the steak on. Easy. Gotta say the pile of spinach (bought) and herbal tomatoes (picked) are pretty infix though. [That's a fancy way to say fan-f*ckin-tastic -ed.] Mushroom gravy is stage left.OK. Done steak and fried chicken, next must be fish...

Was going to ask what was to drink. MHL will always remain my amber beer of choice, no matter how much spotlight Pabst takes up.
Nice, broiled steak in a cast iron skillet is my go to dinner when the wife is outta town.
